I have over 40 years of experience assisting adults, children, youth and families with a variety of life challenges, including childhood trauma, relationships, domestic and sexual violence, gender identity, sexuality, postpartum depression, suicide, loss, grief, eating disorders, addictions, mental health issues, life transitions, aging and spirituality.
Besides being a professional child & youth care and social worker, I am a mother of two adult children and a grandmother of two; an artist, a healer, a student and a teacher. I am an intuitive and kind being with a strong but gentle spirit, living a human experience.
It is my own lived experience that adds to my professional education, knowledge, and skills. This gives me the gift to see quickly past the surface and respond compassionately to your concerns with the choice of tools that are sensitive to your cultural roots and most resonate with you.

During our confidential one-on-one, couple or family sessions, I hold a safe space for you and your loved-one(s) to express what most concerns you. We will discuss and practice evidence-based approaches that can offer solutions to your challenges in a creative and empowered way, including engaging in expressive arts as part of your healing journey and growth.
Based on a variety of different therapeutic and hands-on approaches you can choose from, you will be given the tools and skills to engage in conscious self-care, release of old patterns, and develop an authentic and loving relationship with yourself, others and all that is.
